We have set up a meeting place at Le Peep Restaurant on Friday, November 21st from 9:00-11:00am. Le Peep is located at 2125 Louisiana Blvd.

We are glad you have found your way to the website and thought it might be helpful to add a few instructions to help you navigate the site.

The postings that you will find below provide information about the Best Practice Discussion. Check back for more information about an exact place and time and other news pertaining to our discussion.

You do not need to "Sign In" in order to use this website.

In order to Register, go to the posting titled, "Register Here" and click on "comments" directly below that post. It will take you to a page where you can leave your name. Below that, you will see a series of letters that you need to type into the box titled, "word verification." Below that is a section called Choose an Identity. You can click the "Name/URL" and leave your name or you can click "Anonymous."

Also, scroll down to the "Post Questions Here" posting. You can click on the "comments" directly below that posting and use this area to post some of the questions or issues that you would like to address during our discussion.

Insurance Representatives!

Representatives from Evercare and Amerigroup will be attending our meeting to help sort out any questions that we may have related to insurance and Medicaid. Additionally, Caryn is working her magic by networking with other insurance providers to provide us with a variety of representatives to attend our meeting to answer questions or address specific issues that are directed toward them. This should provide a wide range of expertise to guide us through what can be very frustrating issues!

We have set the date for our Office Managers Best Practices Discussion...it will be held on Friday, November 21st at 9:00am. A place has not yet been determined. Once we have an idea of how many people are interested in attending, we will set a place. So mark your calendar for November 21 at 9am!
